Sample: There was a dastardly dangerously wide grin across Doctor Percival Cox's lips as he crossed his arms, looking to the select group of interns in front of him. Each one held a look of terror in their eyes. As though if they were to do one thing wrong they would be caught and eaten by the lion he could pretend so well to be. Granted, he wouldn't be anything that like wonderfully excellent oh so wise 'Oh you've no insurance? Get out of my hospital' Bob Kelso, but that could be viewed as one of two ways for the group of new doctors to be.

They had taken to chatting amongst themselves, causing the grin to widen even more, if possible. He was planning just how to weed out the weak ones, how to figure out who would stay and who exactly would go. He stayed there, scanning over each one and analyzing them. Scrutinizing each and every one. He didn't even seem to bee noticed.

Four girls standing together, making him think of those toys Jordan wanted to get Jennifer. Bratz, or whatever she had told him. I'm sorry Jordan but I was busy trying to not scream in terror as I ran... Well I was attempting to run away though clearly you've just gotten so darned good at actually keeping some sort of reign on me. Every night it makes me cry before remembering the days I would come home happy. When I was capable of walking into my apartment after a horrible horrible day and aiming for taking a long many hours of nonstop drinking. I miss when scotch was that friend I could see every day and not once in a while where we can catch up. In short, you dark devilish monstrosity of an excuse for 'human', I don't care what those dolls are. Nor will I ever care unless you bring it to my attention specifically for an exter-hee-hee-heeeeeeeemely good reason.

He continued looking at the group in front of him, even through that wonderful red that had taken to staring him right in the face. Granted, that image was purely in his head, but it was still there. A red hazing everything over in front of him. An image of the new little babies... Ooh. That was a nickname to think about. The red cleared for a moment to look around at the group though not listen. Who looked like they could be a baby? Who could possibly be the one unfortunate soul who could be that baby...?

His eyes landed on a short brown haired boy, a grin crossing his face. Never a smirk. A smirk was far too subtle and Perry Cox was the type to be anything but subtle when he had ideas... Perhaps it was time to test this out. He shifted a bit and whistled to get their attention, the Bratz girls looking over with a scowl on each face, that red haze beginning to return.

Ten... Nine... Eight... Seven...

His counting came to a halt as he heard one of the four girls speak, the grin immediately wiped into a scowl. "Can we just start this already?" The tone was so childish. It was an absolutely pathetic excuse for a tone a doctor would have. The red went full, everything red, nothing clear besides very vague images. Now was the time for work. Now was the time for breaking.

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't want to disrupt you and your little Bratz pack talking about whatever it is sad excuses for little girls wanting to be doctors where clearly you and your tiny little plastic rear end should be in the strip club down the steet. Maybe your first client could be the little baby over there who clearly knows I'm talking to him otherwise he wouldn't have looked up. Now are we all going to behave like good little dollies else I make you feel like you should be shrunk down to a doll size and be play toys for my lovely daughter Jennifer Dylan?"

That grin popped back across his face after he spoke, arms still crossed over his chest. There was nothing but silence to meet him and thee red haze had faded to creating a red tint on everything. He was able to properly see the reactions, sniffing in pride of his own work as he saw thee group staring in awe and shock with just enough fear at him. That went wonderfully if he said so himself. "So. I'm Doctor Cox." There was not even a snicker as he said that, the fear of doing such a thing striking fear into their hearts.

"Call me anything except that and you will pay sooooooo bad you'll wish I took your money instead." He grinned, that grin faltering yet staying as there was a thud in the middle of the group, his eyes looking to the now unconscious body of the boy he had deemed 'Baby-boy. This was going to be a fun time indeed...
